Volunteer

Dear ProPapa Volunteer,

Posted in this section of our website, as requested by the Board of Directors and arranged by the PPMA Website Content Committee, are those forms, documents, and templates that may be of value in supporting you as a Volunteer for ProPapa Missions America (often referred to as ProPapa or PPMA).

Some of these documents are policy documents and therefore are in PDF format, but others are made to insert information by ProPapa leaders or yourself in support of your Volunteer efforts. Any changes and/or suggested improvements to any & all forms are very welcome. Edits, suggestions and improvements should be forwarded to the Scribe so they may be filtered through the proper PPMA Committee, Task Force, Program Director, or the Board itself. Please forward them to scribe@propapa.org. Adding a short explanation as to why the suggested edit would improve the form, document, or the process itself would be appreciated. If you feel any white paper, document, or policy is totally missing from this site, please route that recommendation to the Scribe.

One will also notice that some policies and or manuals are not yet drafted or finalized. Thus, they are not posted. If you have a knowledge base in such areas; we would appreciate you volunteering to draft policy language for appropriate consideration. Hopefully this link will be a convenient resource to support you in your sincere effort to lessen the burdens weighing on the poor of Central America. We can only hope you will choose to join us again on a Volunteer trip of service. We also hope you will recruit others join us in service or to financially support our mission.
